Officials at Walmart have not revealed the price of this new super center but observers view this as a great sign of life in a dead recession. The Walmart job will be plentiful to the tune of about 300 positions.

A new store at the corner of the 395-Lemmon Drive interchange will create approximately 300 Walmart jobs. When this was first announced four years ago, the economy was not in the dire straits that it is currently in now, yet this retail giant kept the plans and their word and the 203,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Super Center on East Second Street will start in the fall with completion in the second half of 2010.
